Sbk21 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms carefully before using the sbk21 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sbk21 platform — including the website, mobile app, or any services provided — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on the sbk21 site.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. sbk21 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The sbk21 platform is available to users aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of sbk21 services, you are required to register and open an account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. sbk21 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to contain false or misleading information.
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure — including your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. sbk21 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the sbk21 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their location. sbk21 makes no warranty that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the sbk21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported payment methods, including local e-wallets such as GrabPay, Boost, and TNG eWallet, as well as local bank transfers.
Deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are correct before confirming any transaction. sbk21 shall not be liable for errors made by users during the payment process.
For withdrawals, minimum limits and processing times vary depending on the method chosen. sbk21 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds, to ensure transaction security and prevent illegal activity.
Any activity suspected to be fraudulent, involving money laundering, or constituting platform abuse will be reported to the relevant authorities. sbk21 reserves the right to freeze accounts and hold funds while an investigation is in progress.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users are prohibited from using the sbk21 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, distribution of malware, or any activity that compromises the security and integrity of the platform.
Users are also prohibited from:
- Using bots, automated software, or any other means to manipulate the betting system
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access it
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers through unauthorised means
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the sbk21 platform
- Disclosing or sharing another user's confidential information
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbk21 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
Sbk21 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or other security-related reasons. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, sbk21 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned following identity verification and once all active bets have been settled.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials available on the sbk21 platform are the exclusive property of sbk21 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The sbk21 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. sbk21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to such sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Sbk21 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the sbk21 site. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the sbk21 platform shall be resolved through procedures established under the relevant laws.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. sbk21's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
